I’m a PhD student using Planet data for my dissertation research. I’m currently on a basic Education & Research student plan. However, I recently received a NASA FINESST grant and therefore would like to switch onto the NASA SmallSat Data plan. Please let me know how to make this switch.

Please sign up via https://csdap.earthdata.nasa.gov/signup/. CSDA will verify the request, notify Planet, and initiate the creation of a user account. Once an account is approved and created, the user will receive notification and may then search and browse imagery using the Planet Explorer data discovery tool and place a data request order.
