Troubleshooting Failed Orders When Downloading Planet Imagery for Integration with Google Earth Engine (GEE)

Why do my orders for Planet imagery using the API remain in a 'running' state but eventually change to 'failed' status when I attempt to download them using Postman, and how can I resolve this issue?

Hi Saqib,

I would recommend submitting any order ids you’d like investigated by opening a support ticket at the Help Center.

We will be able to investigate order ids and give you a reason why they failed.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have submitted the order ID for investigation to Support. Kindly review it at your earliest convenience and provide any information or suggestions regarding the issue.
