Unable to associate two email address with the same account

on behalf of a customer:

Some users don't have two different email addresses, in this case, most of the time a dummy email has to be created 

+ this is an issue when onboarding with Planet as a new user, as some have had previous accounts and/ or may be still active in other contracts
