SkySat cloud cover assessment & UDM2

For Planet Product team’s consideration:

Planet’s Capture Review Terms of Service guidance mentions a customer can check the cloud coverage assessment over their area of interest by the usable data mask (UDM). 

When a SkySat visual asset (optimised for visual analysis) is ordered in Planet Explorer, I notice there isn’t a UDM2 file delivered alongside this asset and I wondered if it would be helpful to include it?
