Proper product descriptions

The problem is that, in the initial comparison of plans, you are not providing clear information about what plan gives download access. And then you pay for something that does not give me what I need, but you are not offering reimbursement, so I am trapped and keep getting lured into spending more money on more expensive plans without actually knowing when I have spend enough money to get access to what I need. It comes across as a very customer unfriendly, and I am highly unimpressed. Especially, as I found competitors offer free download access… You need to clean up this mess and provide much more user-friendly plans
