Would like more functionality for data and quota management:
-Data that has been previously downloaded to be flagged in the data catalogue to be able to download it several times without charge.
-Shared Hosted Folder program to be developed further, to the point where you can search for data by location and date and download it from there.
This idea is under review and open for discussion and voting. This is the investigation stage when we gather more information.
