Currently, SR basemap "filters out" clouds, resulting in holes when there are no clear image available. This disables users to check if the hole was actually a cloud. It also occasionally filters out non-cloud white objects, and disable analysis of the buffered area.
If there is no clear image, it should be filled with the best available pixel during the period.
