Coverage filter for Subscriptions API

I am passing on a feature request I received from a couple of our customers (mainly Ag).
It would be great if customers could subscribe only to those images that fully cover their AOI. With this feature storage costs on the customer’s end would decrease without reducing the amount of usable data. It would also lower the complexity of their processing pipelines. For Planet, this would help reduce processing costs because significantly fewer scenes would have to be activated and processed.
