I would love to see the functionality that a user could add in their own kml to planet to view areas and before allowing it to be opened it would show how much area is going to be opened and how much that user has left in their subscription. In my line of work, we are always rushing to get areas open and as planet does a good job most of the time to get the area opened quickly it is very frustrating when we can’t get the area opened quickly. Having to go through the ticketing system just to get an area open seems to be an unnecessary workflow and I think it would make everyone's experience better if we had full control to open what we want, when we want.
