Ability to set recurring tasks (assured monitoring)

On behalf of a customer: 

Customer can place tasks up to 7 days in advance but many tasks are repeated tasks over known locations with a specific frequency of collect - i.e., collect location x every y days - they would like this functionality within the tasking system
