Currently there is no way to search for Stereo imagery via Explorer, or API.
The ability to search for Stereo imagery would be helpful for customers interested in Stereo imagery over their AOI. Rather than having a custom script developed to do this for each request, having the ability to search via Explorer or API would be helpful.
This idea is under review and open for discussion and voting. This is the investigation stage when we gather more information.
