Would like the ability to set the UTC time displayed to follow a specific time zone in the Explorer interface. This will help many users more easily search for imagery in their own timezone and lead to a better user experience.
See an exmaple here from Esri Inc - if Explorer settings could have an option to change Timezone display, similar to a drop down seen below.
