Hi, I've already activated my E&R user account, but the image download option isn't working yet. I've checked my plan, and it says it's the academic plan. What can I do?

Hi @Ingrid Cárdenas , I wanted to provide a couple resources, in case this issue is persisting:

30-Day Delay on Recent Imagery The E&R Basic program has a 30-day delay on imagery. If you're trying to download images captured within the last 30 days, they won't be available yet. Images only become accessible 30 days after capture. [30-Day Delay]

SkySat / Pelican High-Resolution Imagery Not Included If you're trying to download SkySat or Pelican (high-resolution) imagery, note that access to the SkySat archive is not included in the Basic E&R plan. You would need a paid E&R program (Research or Campus license) for that. [Hi-Res Download Question]

Account Issue If none of the above apply, there may be a technical issue with your account, in that case, let me know!
