I was recently approved for the Education & Research Basic program.
My API key works and I can search the catalog successfully - quick-search returns 250+ PSScene results for my AOI.
However, I have no download permissions:
- The `_permissions` array is empty on all items
- The assets endpoint returns an empty response
- The Subscriptions platform blocks clip and harmonize tools
("clip tool use is forbidden", "harmonize tool use is forbidden")
- The subscriptions/quota endpoint returns `[]`
My research involves multispectral vineyard stress analysis using PlanetScope 8-band imagery (ortho_analytic_8b_sr) in central Chile.
Is there an additional provisioning step I'm missing, or does my account need to be manually activated for download access?
