Account can't access data — "Download" is selected but no download option appears

My account can't access the data. I've selected the "Download" option, but nothing is actually available to download — no button or link appears to save anything.

Steps I've taken:

• Selected the Download option
• Waited / refreshed the page
• Still no downloadable file appears

Can someone tell me what I might be missing, or whether this is a permissions issue with my account?
