How to deal with it when we dont get any answers from the planet lab support team?

I believe our support team will be able to help you with this issue, I have created a support ticket on your behalf and have copied the email you have registered with here on Planet Community. 


To others who have the same or similar questions:

You can track any disruptions by accessing our Planet Status. The Planet Status Page provides real-time updates on the operational status of Planet’s platform, including service availability and maintenance activities. It is the main place to check for notifications about incidents or scheduled maintenance that may impact your access to Planet services.
