I am trying to understand if Sentiel Hub API is deprecated or not, but get mixed responses online. Also, if it is, what is the alternative? My goal is to get NDVI and do some other calculations of agriculture related parameters.

Hi,
The APIs are definitely not deprecated! The Sentinel Hub APIs have been integrated into the Planet Insights Platform and are still accessible using the platform using a similar subscription model as before. Through the APIs you can still access Sentinel-1 GRD, Sentinel-2 and your purchased Planet data too.
Alternatively, if you are only interested in using Sentinel data, you can use the Sentinel Hub APIs that are offered as part of the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem. Find out more here.
