503 error for Sentinel Hub and Copernicus

We are experiencing persistent 503 Service Unavailable errors when calling the Sentinel Hub Catalog and Process APIs. The issue has lasted for more than 24 hours, which makes me concerned that this is not a transient load spike.

 

Our setup:

 

  • Endpoint: https://services.sentinel-hub.com

  • APIs: Catalog (/api/v1/catalog/search) and Process (/api/v1/process)

  • Authentication: OAuth client credentials (working correctly, token is obtained)

  • Script retries requests with exponential back-off, but 503s continue consistently.

 

 

Could you please confirm if there is an ongoing outage or maintenance affecting these APIs? If not, we would appreciate guidance on any configuration or endpoint changes we should make

It seems to be working now - but how often do these outages typically persist for? This seemed like a long one.

j’ai le même problème, les credentials sont valides et reconnus mais il y a une erreur 503 persistante. Que faire ?
