Planet is excited to collaborate with our user community in order to continuously improve by taking in your ideas and feedback! The Planet Community Product Ideas forum is the best place for you to share ideas. This forum not only provides a direct line of communication to Planet, but also allows for other community members to chime in with similar feedback. We review each and every idea.

Note: All Idea posts must follow the Planet Community Guidelines.

Things you should know when submitting ideas:

Search

Use the Community search functionality to look for similar ideas. If the idea already exists, upvote and comment your use-case to explain how the idea might improve your workflow.

Create an Idea

Each post should be about one idea only. Each idea is tracked and escalated by Planet, so if you have multiple ideas, please make multiple posts.

What happens next?

When you submit an idea, it is automatically tagged as New. The Planet team may then reach out to you with questions to clarify your suggestion.

Ideas will be tagged with one of the following states:

  • Open: The idea has been reviewed and is open for discussion and voting. This is the review stage when we gather more information from the Community.
  • Delivered: Either some or all of this idea has been implemented. Thank you for giving us feedback so we can  build better products!
  • Duplicate. This idea is a duplicate, in which case it was combined with a similar topic.
  • Deferred: No action at this time. We thank you for your contribution and hope you continue to submit your ideas.

Feedback on the Ideas Process

Planet welcomes community member feedback, comments, and suggestions (collectively "Feedback"). By submitting such Feedback you grant to Planet an unlimited license to use that Feedback without restriction or any obligation.

Let us know  if you have any questions or comments about the Planet Community Public Ideation Process.

Your ideas help us all to see change, and change the world!

It works, thank you so much!

This is an awesome initiative! I will be posting more here during our second semester.
