Planet’s Crisis Response Program has made available select non-commercial data for the recent floods affecting the regions of Acre in Brazil and Pando in Bolivia. Heavy rains and subsequent storm surges have causes flooding in several communities, displacing more than 12,000 and impacting thousands more. Planet’s dataset includes imagery of towns and communities along the Rio Acre and Rio Envira. 

This dataset is reserved for qualified users affiliated with organizations directly involved in or supporting response efforts. This dataset is made available under Planet’s non-commercial Crisis Response license and terms of use, and accessed through a secure web portal. Please contact crisis-response@planet.com for more information and to find out if you qualify for access.
