Education and research XYZ tile server low resolution and downloads credit

Hi,

I’m trying to implement the tile server using the education and research license, but it only seems to show a low resolution version of the data. What’s the process to load the full resolution tiles?

Also, I tried using the API to get 13 acres of data using a clip in the API for the AOI, but it used about half my Downloads Scene credit. Is it possible to collect data without having the entire tile count against credit used?
