We are trying to start a new subscription but it says we have insufficient quota.
We purchased one Tier 2 package so we should have 1 km2 available and we are trying to subscribe to an AOI of 0.21 km2 but it’s not letting us.
The id of the subscription starts with: 15fee1cc-5516-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
