You’re unable to open your SHP file directly into EO Browser. But you can upload several vector types such as KML/KMZ, GPX, WKT (in EPSG:4326) or GEOJSON/JSON file to create area of interest in EO Browser.

You can use a converter to convert your shapefile to whichever format you wish to use. A simple Google of “shapefile converter” should return an easy to use conversion tool for you.
