Sentinel 2 bad resolution

Hi, I cant get the sentinel 2 original resolution of 10m when I download a image by croping. I choose the high resolution, I need to download the band so I choose TIFF 32 bits, not a jpg image. But in projected resolution I never get less than 40m/px.
I want to know how can I download the original resolution?

Thanks for your answer,Yes i am using EO browser. How can I do to download a complete tile with the original resolution?

I imagine you are using EO Browser? If so, you need to zoom in more as the max image output is set to 2.500x2.500 px.
