Sentinel-1 image to elevation

Is there any way I can convert the “rugosity” of a VV(dB) Sentinel-1 image to elevation?

I explain: in my research work, is very important to have the “rugosity” of the Landscape in a dem. For instance, the trees, are a limitation for the dispersion of some winds. Do you know any way to convert the trees height, different form the pastures, to instance, in a new dem?
