QGIS Plugin does not show the whole image

Hello, I´m trying to use the Plugin for Qgis and when I ask for an image from my configuration utility I get the following image and Warning. The image shoul cover the three polygons but instead it covers one and a part of a second polygon. The bounds in Configuration utility show the three polygons but the image is worng in Qgis. What could be happening?

Hi,

Seems to be working okay for me …

Could it be that for the section of the polygon that is not covered , there is just no data available for that specific day ?

If you can provide me with the coordinates of the polygons, that might help to investigate further

It works now, but for several days (not a connection or Internet problem) it didn`t work. Thanks anyway!
