Is it possible to combine, e.g. Sentinel-1 GRD with Sentinel-2 L2A data inside scripts?
If not, is it something in the future roadmap?

Additionally… is it possible to access data from surrounding pixels (potentially around the whole tile) from within the script? Or you can only access to other pixels in the temporal dimension?

For the moment, only single pixel based processing is supported. We are looking into object-based processing as well, but this will take a bit longer as it is complicated to do it at scale.
