Planet scope order status running

Hello,

We ordered planet scope data, but after hours the status of order is still RUNNING. While We checked to planet account and the order status is SUCCESS.

Hi, thank you for the support. Right now I’m able to see the order with status DONE.
Which is the typical time for RUNNING an order from planet? because such type of delay could be problematic in our daily production environment

Nothing seems to be amiss on our side; it seems like a hiccup in the delivery from Planet to SH. Apologies for the delay, we are looking into it.

Update: the status will take some time to propagate, but the data should already be available to you.
