We are unable to find images from the Sentinel-2 satellite in queries for the entire central-west region and part of the northeast region of Brazil. The query has been returning empty since September 19th for most of our customers in these locations.
Is there a problem with the satellite? Could you give us any information about this problem?

Can you be more specific on the location?
Looking at the Brazil, I can see quite some recent imagery, i.e.
