Landsat 8 night acquisitions

This is not yet technically supported as there was not much demand about it, so we focused to other priorities. There is also not much data available in the AWS archive - less than 1 % of the scenes are nightly passes.
This feature will certainly come one day, but it is not on our mid-term plan for now, so no planned timeline.
If we realize that demand is significant, we might shift our priorities.
