Land change detection notification

we would like to detect any change in the landbank for any activities, especially encroachment issues and notify them internally.
We plan to take high-resolution images and compare using AWS computer vision for any suspicious activity in a week.
We seek solutions and guidance on how to achieve this task… specially how to take high-resolution pictures once a week automatically and compare the same.
