I subscribed today to an exploration plan and it still keeps asking me to upgrade and the subscription is not yet active. Kindy assist.

Hi,
can you please try to logout and login, so that the application picks up the latest configuration? Or open it in a new browser?
Looking at your account’s setting, everything seems to be OK.
