Imagery Availability - 27/11/2020

Hi,

I’ve noticed there’s a gap in some tiles for the date of 27/11/2020. For instance, 20HPE is one of them.

This update is available at ESA. However, it’s not at RODA and not at EO Browser.

Do you have any info on what happened?

We noticed this as well, but have not yet had the time to investigate. Will for sure do that and let you know, once we know more.

Hi,
we have investigated this quite a bit in details and there was a combination of temporary issues of the SciHub and change in one of their APIs, which resulted in the tail of the products being unnoticed by our script.
This has now been fixed, the data ingested and the issue should hopefully not repeat.
