Hi, I’m not exactly sure what you mean by power scale, but I encourage you to read our documentation on Sentinel-1 GRD and check out the examples too like this one.

The image downloaded using the above code will be in sigma naughts db or any other scale?

Not for that particular example, please read through the documentation here for the options that you require. This will give you all the information that you require.
