Exploration Account Commercial Data Error

Hi, this is an awesome resource. I joined and paid for Explorer subscription yesterday. When I select Commercial data, I can search and bring up data however there is no way to select images and ‘Prepare Order’ remains greyed out.

Underneath it says 'Error retrieving additional data! These are theme parts which contain unavailable data sources: - Proba-V
