EOPATCH's NDVI display

Looking at your code you are already requesting a particular time stamp (closest_date_id), which will return a 3-dimensional vector, with dimensions: w x h x bands. Please try

pd.Series(eopatch.data["NDVI"][closest_date_id][...,0].flatten())

Please note that I do not know what you are trying to achieve and if the flatten will return the data ordered as you expect it to be.
