Cannot find products in the create order step

Hi,

I'm currently new to EO Browser. I want to order some products in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, but every time I tried to create an order with a product I just queried, it just showed an error '404 error Product not found.' Detail is in this GG doc link: Details on how I ordered my product.

I also posted a topic on the Sentinel Hub forum, but it took really long for someone to reply to me: Topic: Cannot find products in the create order step.

I really need someone to help me on this problem. I need the data soon to test on my project. Thank you very much

For others facing the same error message: please open a ticket with support by submitting a request at the Help Center to discuss account related topics such as which products your account has access to.
