Adjust moisture affecting image

Hi

I have what I believe a couple images that differ greatly although the dates are just 6 days between.
This also relates to the fact there were some percipitation between images.

Can this be adjusted?

Might it be due to atmospheric conditions? Can you try using Sentinel-2 L2A data source instead of L1C?

I figured that too but L2A gives same result, very different coloring on same land. It might be that there is actual rain in the air on the image, coming from the cloud to the west but that is just me guessing.

Checked the moisture layer and it goes from low to high in the images also
