How do subscriptions behave when plan ends

Question

HI!,I have the following plan Planet Monitoring & Processing - Region A - 2 500 ha (that was bought via sentinel hub), it ends on the 11 of June, I would like to know how do running subscriptions behave when the plan ends, will they be cancelled?, will they continue?.  I reviewed the offered plans and i saw that the one that i had is not offered anymore. Can I purchase the PlanetScope AUM - Tier 2 (740 usd per 50 ha pack) in the last day so I still have the subscriptions running or they will just last a day and charge me 740/365?. I saw that you are offering (via planet not sentinel) Global plan, If i want to extend the subscription, am I forced to buy that plan to extend the subscriptions? (Ideally I would need the tier 2 not the global due to cost issues)How do I manage this issue?Thanks!, I’ll be waiting your response.

Hi ​@mseeber,if you extend your subscription (i.e.Planet Monitoring & Processing - Region A - 2 500 ha) before June 11th, all active subscriptions on that day will automatically continue. This is also important if you do NOT want to continue some of your subscriptions in the next period - make sure to cancel them before June 11th, to prevent these “consuming” new year’s area under management.In terms of the purchase process - we are just in the middle of upgrading the experience and some parts are temporarily missing. However, we can still offer the same options - write us to platform-support@planet.comand we will help you. You can do this step anytime before June 11th, no need to wait untilthe last day.Best,Grega
