When I put an order to download PlanetScope always returs an UDM

I tried to download Planet Scope 8 bands surface reflectance, but when I put the order always returns me a UDM image, I follow the instructions but I am just reciving the same kind of image, an UDM file

To others facing the same or similar issues:

To visualize each band inside Planet Insight, you can use the Browser tool. The Browser allows you to visualize satellite data from any data collections instantly. You can apply visualizations set up in your configurations (e.g., True Color, False Color, NDVI); or make your own. You can then download high-resolution images, create timelapses, or view and export index time series. 
 
If you want to replicate the use of Time Series Script for Vegetation Indices with real data, you would need to download the data to your local machine. Once downloaded, you can use a GIS software to manipulate and analyze the data. If you prefer to work with the data on the cloud, you can use the Planet Insights Platform. This platform allows you to organize, visualize, and stream data in the cloud.
