Subscriptions in running don't download new products

Hello Planet Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my PlanetScope subscriptions following the renewal of my Area Under Management (AUM) plan.

Previously, I had several subscriptions actively running under my annual PlanetScope Area Under Management (Tier 2) plan. The plan expired, and I have now purchased a new AUM subscription. However, the existing subscriptions that were already in a running state have not resumed downloading new PlanetScope products.

From my understanding, these subscriptions should continue operating under the new AUM plan, but currently no new imagery is being delivered.

Could you please help me understand:

  • Whether the existing subscriptions need to be reactivated or recreated
  • If there is any configuration required after renewing the AUM plan
  • Or if there is an issue on your side preventing the delivery of new data

If needed, I can provide subscription IDs or additional details.
