PlanetScope scene available in Planet Explorer but missing in Sentinel Hub Deliveries and Catalog/Process API

Hi everyone,
 We’re experiencing an inconsistency between Planet’s own catalog and the ingestion pipeline in Sentinel Hub, and we would like to understand what might be happening.
For our AOI, the PlanetScope SuperDove scene from 26 November is:

  • Visible in Planet Explorer
  • The scene is marked as “Finalized” and looks fully processed

However, on the Sentinel Hub side:

  • No Delivery exists for 26 November (not visible in the Deliveries dashboard)
  • The image does not appear in the Catalog API
  • The Process API / Request Builder cannot request or process that date either

So effectively:

  • Planet Explorer → :white_check_mark: Scene exists and is Finalized
  • Sentinel Hub Deliveries → :x: No ingestion for that date
  • Catalog API → :x: Scene not returned
  • Process API / Request Builder → :x: No access possible

Question:
Can we know what's happening and why is it not available on Sentinel Hub? Our clients are also asking about these deliveries and we are not sure what's the issue

Any information or guidance from the Planet team or users who encountered this before would be greatly appreciated.

I can see the image is available in here, but I can't access to it through Sentinel Hub.
