I found the problem, It was easy, the basic access Licens give you posibilidad to download only 30 days and longor image.

hola tengo el mismo problema, me dieron 3000 creditos para usar pero no puedo acceder al boton ordenes, logre contactar a un agente de ventas e intente pagar un plan minimo, dado que es una investigacion de si el sistema planet nos servira con un pixel de 3 metros, pero aun asi nada funciona, , otra pregunta mas cuando dices que se puede “descargar imágenes solo por 30 días y más tiempo”, es que a pesar que ves la imagen de ayer no puedes verla ni siquiera como streaming y hay que opagar un plan de 5000 euros,

Lo puedes ver solo iimagenes de hace 30 dias, mas frescos de ahyer o de una semana no se puede en tarifa mas barata.

I am having the same problem, we have the 1100 annual plan, my AOI is less than 100 sq km. Can you give an explanation on what I can/ cannot download from this tier. I have attached within 30 days in September, and beyond 30 days image in August.
