To others who have the same or similar questions:
You can track any disruptions by accessing our Planet Status. The Planet Status Page provides real-time updates on the operational status of Planet’s platform, including service availability and maintenance activities. It is the main place to check for notifications about incidents or scheduled maintenance that may impact your access to Planet services.
As always, if you have further issues feel free to open a support ticket by submitting a request at the Help Center.
