私は Planet の教育研究プランに参加しており、Planet Explorer を使用しています。
いつも Labs Snapshot 機能を使用して Planet Explorer から衛星画像をダウンロードしているのですが、今日、ダウンロードに付属するロゴと情報が突然消えてしまいました。
ダウンロード処理中に取得した画像からは、ロゴや情報も失われます。
これを表示するにはどうすればよいですか?
すでに再起動と再ログインを試しました。

To be precise, the watermark disappears after downloading with the snapshot feature.
